The program includes 4-5 workouts per week, each designed to target different muscle groups, ensuring balanced development and recovery. The workouts progressively increase in intensity, promoting muscle growth and strength. Each session lasts about 45 minutes to an hour.

Incorporates high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and core exercises. The meal prep section provides balanced and nutritious options for all meals and snacks, ensuring sustained energy and satiety.
